On Wednesday, October 16, at 10 a.m., the URI Pharmacy Outreach Program will host a presentation on Gluten Intolerance. Modified Yoga: A Gentle Approach to Wellness

Every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m., the center offers a FREE Modified Yoga class, sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island. This class is designed to accommodate all fitness levels, allowing participants to use a mat and/or chair. It’s a wonderful way to relax, improve flexibility, and connect with others in a supportive environment. To register, simply call 780-6000 and don’t forget to bring your own mat!

The Cranston Senior Enrichment Center is committed to supporting the health and well-being of its members. Our wellness team is available to assist you with various health-related inquiries. A nurse is on-site every Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Additionally, a pharmacist is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
